Automated Business Solutions has released a new appointment reminder system that is fully integrated with their PtMS Mobile scheduling software. The system uses the Twilio.com API to make automated calls and text messages to clients the day before or the hour before their scheduled trips. Twilio.com's phone services are capable of making more than 50 calls per minute insuring that all clients receive their messages in a timely manner.
Clients options include, repeat message, cancel a trip, request a call back, or transfer to dispatch. Multiple language support is available. Clients can request opt out of the reminder calls.
