The video demonstrates how to use the new ETA feature in Mobile Dispatch. Note: This feature only works for PtMS Mobile users. Once the Mobile Dispatch has loaded the new ETA feature will be displayed in the column next to the "Map" button. The ETA button (stopwatch icon) will provide an estimated time of arrival based on a projection using the vehicle's current location and scheduled trips. This is helpful for dispatchers to respond to phone calls from clients and facilities, without having to contact the driver directly.

This feature also allows the user to display the projection graphically on a map with turn by turn directions and times.
