PtMS maintains an individual client record for each client. This record maintains the following information:
- Client, ID numbers and identifiers Address, and special needs
- Client Billing Information
- Emergency Contact Information
- Agency Billing information
- Pickup Information and geocoding
- Scheduled Trips
- Trip History
- Client Text Notes
Once the client record is loaded on the screen, tabs at the top of the client record screen allow the user to access each set of data with the click of a mouse:
